'Shih Tzu!' Mug
“A face only his mother could love”…? I think not! Shih Tzus may be 'funny-looking' to some, but to those of us whom they hold in thrall, they are like mythical creatures - an endearing mix of cuteness and courage with the faces of quirky, characterful, furry earth-angels ;)
Sandy came to live with us at 13 years of age after his elderly human companion died. We had two wonderful years with him before he died in my arms of cancer, peacefully and naturally in beautiful warm sunshine in his favourite place beside the river Thames. “Blessed are those who win the love of an old dog”, they say… I certainly feel blessed beyond words to have shared my life with this little fellow…

Sandy the Singing Shih-Tzu rocked my world - and I know that all my fellow Shih Tzu dog fans will love him, too :o) It makes me so happy knowing that although he is 'gone' from our eartly plane, his sweet face is still spreading joy all around the world...
